You Are Not Alone
'You Are Not Alone' is my first animation, which I created for my final year project for my BA(Hons) Illustration Degree. This project tested the skills and knowledge I taught myself about animation within my final year of my degree, as well as my innovative and creative thinking.
The purpose of "You Are Not Alone' is to raise awareness for Mental Health and the struggles and loneliness that comes with it. The illustrations are based on my own experiences, in order to create imagery that is truthful and relatable. My hope is that this animation can be used to educate my audience on what it feels like to be alone with your struggle and as a source for those who are struggling to relate to and be encouraged to get help.
Below is a collection of short animations I created to go into my final animation. Some animations show how I have used my drawing techniques to bring imagery to life, whilst other show how I have used technical thinking to create video transitions between my animations.
